GeoLAGON inc is a tourism project developer on land it owns. GeoLAGON inc. is not a property developer or a construction contractor, but works closely with partners and ensures compliance with the overall project envisaged.

By proceeding to the pre-booking of a unit on one of the lands where we are planning the construction of a lagoon, you will automatically be linked to the selected developer-builder, who will be able to factory-build your double chalet and offer you the Garantie Construction Résidentielle ("GCR").

Know that you will only have one global transaction to carry out, which will include the purchase of the land and the purchase of the double chalet. When the land is ready to be developed, you will receive more information on the steps to come. The deposit made with the notary as part of a geoLAGON project is 100% refundable and will be kept in trust.
