geoLAGOON had initially targeted a site in Sainte-Adèle for the creation of its first village before obtaining soil and slope studies. It turned out that the topography and access would make it difficult to set up a geoLAGOON village. What's more, a survey conducted by Léger clearly showed that customers would prefer to stay further north for a swim in a heated lagoon, rather than in Sainte-Adèle. geoLAGOON is therefore in the process of evaluating sites for the Laurentians. To this end, we have contracted an exceptional piece of land. The project is progressing well.

geoLAGOON's permit application will be specifically developed for short-term rental or hotel/short-stay use, as well as for the ancillary uses that normally accompany hotel projects: restaurant, bar, spa, pool and employee housing.

All three-unit chalets or condo-chalets will be interconnected for energy and heat exchange and technical services.

Pre-reservations with the designated developer/builder are offered at projected prices starting at $999,000 for the 6-bedroom or alcove ground floor/basement, $599,000 for the 3-bedroom or alcove second floor and $699,000 for the 3-bedroom second floor/penthouse.

The entire triple chalet is thus offered at a projected price of $2,297,000.
