Since 2005, the head office of our management company has been located at:

This nearly 100-year-old home has historic significance as the only house ever named as the official residence of the premier of Québec (in the mid-1990s). The stately Tudor-style manor has been home to prominent families like the Champoux, the Boswells and the Clarfelds. Writer Roger Lemelin and his family also lived there before it became former Premier Jacques Parizeau’s official residence.

The home is on a federally owned street running between the Plains of Abraham and Parc des Braves.
