Pre-reservations with the designated developer/builder are being offered at projected prices starting at $999,000 for the 6-bedroom or alcove ground floor/basement, $599,000 for the 3-bedroom or alcove first floor and $699,000 for the 3-bedroom second floor/penthouse.

The entire triple chalet is thus offered at a projected price of $2,297,000.
