APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT IN PREPARATION IN THE TREMBLANT SECTOR RATHER THAN IN SAINTE-ADÈLE
Area of the municipalities surrounding Tremblant in the Laurentians
geoLAGON initially targeted land in Sainte-Adèle where it planned to create its first village before obtaining soil and slope studies. It appears that the topography and access to the site would make it difficult to establish a geoLAGON village. Furthermore, following a survey by Léger, it is clear that the clientele would prefer to stay near Tremblant for a swim in a heated lagoon rather than in Sainte-Adèle. geoLAGON is therefore in the process of evaluating sites for the area surrounding the Tremblant region.
The geoLAGON permit application will be specifically developed for hotel and short stay use as well as the ancillary uses that normally accompany hotel projects: restaurant, bar, spa, swimming pool and staff accommodation.
All cottages or condos will be interconnected for energy and heat exchange and technical services.
Owners of these cottages or condo-cottages will be able to offer their unit on the platforms of their choice. Pre-reservations are offered at a projected price of between $599,000 and $1.5 million.
